WHAT IS HEALTH & WELLNESS COACHING?
Health & wellness coaching is based on positive psychology and helps individuals to reach specific goals such as weight loss and stress management. Your coach will guide you through a series of assessments to identify a personalised action plan for success.
HOW CAN COACHING HELP ME?
Individual coaching works because it is tailored to your specific needs. Your coach is your ally and will use a range of tools to determine your goals, help you take ownership and be there to offer support when the going gets tough.
WHAT ARE YOUR FEES?
Most clients opt for a 1 hour 'getting to know you' session for £15, this will help you to identify your initial goals and get you on track. It will also ensure that coaching is right for you and subsequent sessions can be booked at £25 per session. (most people book 6 sessions for the best outcomes).
